About Serendis Leadership

We are a digitally enabled leadership consultancy helping organisations build adaptive, high-performing cultures through tailored leadership, talent development and executive coaching solutions.

Grounded in human behaviour. Designed for lasting organisational impact.

Serendis Leadership was founded on a deep understanding of human behaviour, shaped through our origins in executive coaching. From the outset, our focus has been on enabling meaningful, sustained behavioural change, supporting leaders to shift entrenched habits, expand their thinking, and adopt more effective ways of leading. We recognise that organisational change is only possible when individuals build the self-awareness, motivation, and capability to act differently, and are supported to embed these changes through consistent practice over time.

What differentiates Serendis is our ability to combine strategic relevance with a deeply human approach to leadership development. Our facilitators and coaches bring prior executive experience within complex, highly regulated environments, enabling us to engage credibly with the realities leaders face.

We work with leaders to challenge assumptions, particularly those that limit perspective and decision-making, while creating an environment that is inclusive and focused on sustainable performance. By equipping rather than critiquing, we enable leaders to engage fully in their development and contribute to more adaptive, accountable, and high-performing organisations.

Our approach to leadership development

Focused on outperformance

We build the capability of emerging leaders to step confidently into leadership—strengthening decision-making, accountability, and the ability to deliver through others. Our programs focus on the critical transition from individual contributor to leader, ensuring early-stage leaders are equipped to perform and grow in increasingly complex environments.

Through Serendis’ digital platform, emerging leaders are supported beyond formal sessions, accessing structured reflection, practical tools, and guided learning that reinforces capability development in real time.

Inclusive leadership as a driver of performance

The most effective leaders create environments where diverse perspectives are actively encouraged and constructively challenged. Serendis supports leaders to engage cognitive and experiential differences in ways that strengthen thinking, improve decision-making, and elevate team performance. This is disciplined inclusion—balancing openness with accountability—so that contribution leads to better business outcomes.

Leadership is behavioural and sustained through practice

Leadership is developed through what leaders do, not what they know. Serendis focuses on observable behaviours—how leaders act, respond, and engage in real situations. Development extends beyond workshops into day-to-day practice, where new behaviours are tested, refined, and embedded over time. Supported by MentorKey, this ongoing application ensures behaviour change is visible, sustained, and aligned to performance expectations.
