Each of our different training modules are tailored to the needs of each group and include sessions on leadership purpose, effective influence, strategic stakeholder development, mindfulness, resilience and principles of unconscious cognition.
These sessions are designed to support each individual in the development of their own brand as a leader and their practise of strategic, influencing and management skills. Our coaching programs are based on preliminary 360 assessments to give leaders a sense of their current impact with key stakeholders.

We facilitate offsites and work with Leadership Teams and Boards. We design tailored strategic planning sessions to help foster stronger levels of cohesion, trust and accountability towards clear vision and objectives.
We facilitate cultural and structural change by engaging members of the team to identify their core purpose and values. A program of team sessions will be tailored to suit the particular needs of the team, working in partnership with its leaders.
The leadership gender imbalance is a crucial challenge our clients are facing and one that requires organisational change. We provide a range of tailored solutions including in-house sponsorship programs and initiatives to support the development of an inclusive leadership culture. We also currently run cross-industry mentoring programs for over 40 different organisations.
