Malcolm Thompson

Malcolm Thompson is a Principal Consultant at Serendis Leadership, bringing more than 25 years of senior experience in international banking and finance, followed by over a decade in leadership consulting, coaching and mentoring.

His corporate career spanned senior roles at National Australia Bank, where he led the Global Banks and Diversified Financials business, the Wholesale Banking business for Asia based in Hong Kong, and the Global Financial Markets Interest Rate and Credit Sales business. Earlier roles with Macquarie Bank, Bankers Trust and Credit Suisse took him across New York, Sydney and Melbourne.
