Pip’s corporate career included senior roles at Westpac, where she served as Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Head of Customer Experience at St.George Bank, and Head of Product and Group Strategy. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Bain & Company, advising senior executives on strategy, acquisitions and operations across a range of industries. She began her career in financial markets in New York, leading offshore trading functions for Prudential Securities and ABN AMRO.

His corporate career spanned senior roles at National Australia Bank, where he led the Global Banks and Diversified Financials business, the Wholesale Banking business for Asia based in Hong Kong, and the Global Financial Markets Interest Rate and Credit Sales business. Earlier roles with Macquarie Bank, Bankers Trust and Credit Suisse took him across New York, Sydney and Melbourne.
