"All the sessions are fantastic with highly relevant and useful topics. But my personal highlights are the individual coaching sessions with Tim, who helped me improve greatly in coaching my team members."

Director
Tim Youle is a Director at Serendis Leadership with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, consulting and executive and team coaching. He works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, align culture and strategy, and build environments that support sustained, inclusive performance.
Tim partners with clients across organisations of varying scale, supporting leaders at all levels to lift performance and navigate complexity. His work spans organisational development, strategy and culture alignment, leadership and team facilitation, and the considered use of diagnostics to deepen insight and accountability.
He brings particular experience in guiding organisations through significant transition. This includes a substantive role in the $4 billion transfer of CommInsure to AIA Group, where he supported leaders and key stakeholders through a complex period of change.
Prior to joining Serendis, Tim held senior HR and organisational development roles at AMP, AMP Capital, EnergyAustralia and MBF. He is accredited in HBDI, LSI, GSI, PCM and Hogan, and regularly applies Serendis diagnostic tools in his client work. He holds an MBA from MGSM and a BA (Hons) from the University of Manchester, and is a recipient of an Industrial Relations Society NSW award.
What I hope is clear at this point is that you don't have to be the boss to be a leader. The leader's job is to create and nurture the culture we all need to do our best work. And so anytime you play a role in doing that, you are exercising leadership.
