Chief Operating Officer
Sarah Dutton is the Chief Operating Officer at Serendis Leadership, responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s business operations. Since joining Serendis in 2016 as a Project Manager, she has played a central role in strengthening the operational foundations of the business and enabling the delivery of high-quality client work.
Sarah brings over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant within complex corporate environments. Prior to joining Serendis, she supported senior leaders at Barclays in Sydney and, earlier, worked in London with Barclays Wealth, Nomura and SunGard. This background gives her a practical understanding of the pace, expectations and dynamics of the organisations Serendis serves.
As COO, Sarah oversees operational delivery of Serendis logistics, ensuring rigour, consistency and a seamless client and participant experience. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail and steady oversight, she provides the operational discipline that underpins the firm’s work and supports its continued growth.
