Project Manager
Salomé is a Project Manager at Serendis Leadership with a background spanning political analysis, digital advertising, and change management consulting. She brings an international perspective shaped by her academic and professional experience across Canada and France.
She began her career as a public policy analyst in politics, developing structured research, synthesis, and critical thinking skills. She then moved into digital advertising management, where she led campaign coordination and execution, strengthening her ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and performance under pressure. As a junior consultant in change management, she supported organisational transformation initiatives, contributing to diagnostic work, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning.
Salomé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Montréal, and two Master’s degrees in International Business from HEC Montréal and IAE Aix-Marseille.
As a Project Manager, she draws on this cross-disciplinary foundation to coordinate complex initiatives with rigor and clarity. She combines analytical discipline with operational focus, ensuring projects are structured, aligned, and delivered with care.
