About Pip Murphy

Pip Murphy is a Principal Consultant at Serendis Leadership, specialising in leadership consulting, executive and team coaching, mentoring and inclusion. She brings more than 30 years of experience across corporate, advisory and non-profit environments, working with senior leaders to strengthen performance, communication and impact.

Pip’s corporate career included senior roles at Westpac, where she served as Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Head of Customer Experience at St.George Bank, and Head of Product and Group Strategy, leading large teams and contributing to divisional and enterprise strategy. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Bain & Company, advising senior executives on strategy, acquisitions and operations across a range of industries. She began her career in financial markets in New York, leading offshore trading functions for Prudential Securities and ABN AMRO.

Pip holds a Master’s degree focused on Leadership from Havard’s Kennedy School of Government, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney. She is accredited in Hogan Assessments, Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and the Brain Based Coaching method, and is an IECL-accredited executive coach.
