Chief Financial Officer
Natalie Carr is Chief Financial Officer at Serendis Leadership, with responsibility for the firm’s financial stewardship and operational management. She works across all aspects of the business to ensure disciplined governance, sustainable growth, and the effective delivery of Serendis’ leadership practice.
Natalie joined Serendis in 2013 and has played a central role in the organisation’s growth and expansion. She previously led the Mentoring Practice, overseeing the design and management of large cross-industry and in-house programs. Over the past decade, she has transitioned from Human Resources into finance and operations, bringing an integrated commercial and people lens to her work.
Prior to Serendis, Natalie spent 15 years in corporate HR roles across telecommunications, legal, and banking and finance. Her experience spans consulting and in-house environments, including leadership of large-scale recruitment campaigns and enterprise-wide initiatives. This background informs her practical understanding of client contexts and organisational dynamics. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), majoring in Human Resources.
