Her work spans a broad range of executive priorities, from strengthening leadership effectiveness and decision-making to supporting leaders through transformation, growth and organisational change.
As an executive coach, she is known for her ability to get to the heart of complex leadership challenges and support leaders to respond with clarity and confidence in high-stakes environments. This is underpinned by an earlier career in senior roles in debt capital markets with global institutions including UBS, Société Générale and Crédit Lyonnais, based in London and Paris.
Maud is also the host of the popular podcast Mentoring Unlocked, now in its third season, where she speaks with senior executives across industries about their leadership journeys and the role of mentoring and coaching in shaping their careers. She is also a guest on prominent podcasts including Talking Business and HR Daily.
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Nancy II (France), along with professional coaching accreditation from the Institut des Neurosciences Appliquées.
