Senior Project Manager
Matthew Samar is a Senior Project Manager at Serendis Leadership, where he oversees the planning and delivery of leadership and organisational development engagements across Australia and internationally. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has progressed to a senior project leadership role, supporting complex client programs with rigour and care.
Matthew’s experience spans leadership consulting, mentoring, coaching support, inclusion initiatives, and organisational development. He brings a strong foundation in project management and office operations, underpinned by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Australian Catholic University.
He has worked with clients across banking, property, luxury goods, higher education, and medical and health sectors, including WiBF, LVMH, Property Council of Australia, the Drinks Association, UTS, and the Australian Academy of Health & Medical Sciences.
Known for his organisation, responsiveness, and professional communication, Matthew ensures that each engagement is delivered to a high standard. He is focused on creating a seamless client experience and supporting leaders to embed leadership as a lived practice within their organisations.
