Mark Arblaster is a Consultant at Serendis Leadership, contributing to the design and delivery of leadership, talent, and inclusion programs. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University. His background combines behavioural science with practical experience in organisational development, culture, and capability initiatives. He has supported the co-design of leadership programs, developed workshop content and learning materials, and contributed to the delivery of leadership and stakeholder sessions across diverse contexts.
Accredited in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Hogan Personality Inventory, and Hogan 360, Mark brings a data-informed lens to his work. He has experience analysing engagement and survey data, supporting evaluation processes, and translating insights into practical program enhancements.
