Head of Product (MentorKey)
Kezia Nugraha is Head of Product at MentorKey, where she leads the development of digital leadership solutions that support strong, connected and high-performing workplace cultures.
Since joining Serendis in 2019, Kezia has worked across leadership consulting, mentoring, coaching and organisational development, bringing a well-rounded understanding of how individuals and organisations grow. Prior to leading Product, she managed several of Serendis’ flagship mentoring programs, developing practical insight into what enables meaningful development and sustained engagement at scale.
Kezia works closely with organisations to understand their context, challenges and objectives, ensuring MentorKey delivers thoughtful, scalable solutions that are both intuitive and effective. Her focus is on creating digital experiences that strengthen connection, increase engagement and support career and leadership growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and Economics, from the University of Technology Sydney.
