About Bianca Havas

Bianca Havas is a Director at Serendis Leadership, where she works as a leadership consultant, facilitator and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience across the corporate and non-profit sectors. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, culture and leadership, supporting organisations to build the capability needed to navigate complexity and sustain performance over time.

Bianca partners with clients across higher education, health and medical research, automotive and not-for-profit sectors. Her practice spans leadership consulting, mentoring, executive and team coaching, and inclusion and organisational development. She designs and leads structured leadership and mentoring programs that engage hundreds of participants annually, helping leaders and teams to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Since joining Serendis in 2010, Bianca has contributed to the firm’s expansion into new sectors and the continued development of its leadership practice. Earlier in her career, she led strategic advocacy campaigns for international NGOs including Greenpeace, WWF and the Australian Conservation Foundation.

Bianca holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Technology Sydney and postgraduate qualifications in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales. She is an accredited executive coach with Coaching Australia and an accredited facilitator of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
