Maud Lindley is the founding director of Serendis, an Australian Leadership Consultancy. She brings to her practice extensive international experience in Investment Banking, combined with academic credentials in executive coaching and a natural, intuitive approach to the human psyche.` Over the course of a decade, she has held senior management positions in derivatives markets for large investment banks in London and Paris, including; HSBC, Societe Generale, Credit Lyonnais and UBS. At UBS Maud built and headed the Derivatives Sales team for the French Corporate division. She also holds a Master in Finance and Business Management (University Nancy II, France).
In the second stage of her career, Maud received professional accreditation with honours from the 'Institut des Neurosciences Appliquees', a French leading institute in positive psychology and coaching. She is also accredited with the Neuroleadership Institute in Australia, an organisation through which she also trained and mentored other coaches.
Maud established Serendis in 2003 and since has been working with executives in London, Paris, Sydney and Melbourne. Maud's strong experience in the corporate world allows her to quickly understand the particularities of her clients' environment and challenges. She has a strong coaching track record within the corporate world where her expertise and perspectives are naturally broad and relevant.
Over the last three years, she has been driving the rapid growth of Serendis from an executive coaching practice to a leadership consultancy, recognised throughout the country for its innovative model in the facilitation of structured mentoring programs and its contribution to key gender diversity initiatives. A successful entrepreneur and business leader, Maud's passion remains in the coaching of senior executives and leadership teams.
